This 2-tear initiative had 2 simple objectives. The first was to get as many consumers as possible to discover the great taste and benefits of Johnsonville smoked sausage at the storefront. This portion of the tour was activated with a tight team and simple setup to maximize budget allocation and allow visitors to visit as many grocery stores as possible. Every visit we scored full bellies and empty shelves. Our team brilliantly managed all confirmations with grocers, setup, preparation, cooking, sampling, and tear down.
The second portion of this tour was meant to support Johnsonville sponsorships, WOW the festival goers, and immerse them in the brand with a massive footprint, good music, food safety trained BAs, and pristine equipment.
HXM was responsible for the design and build of the 24ft fully equipped and self-sufficient trailer. The trailer includes a cold room, propane line, sprinkler system, grills, microwaves, fresh and grey water tanks, 3 sinks, stainless steel surfaces, hydraulic stage, etc.
